These terms apply to purchases of the Pennyloader® from 4/3 Binders through this website. Please review them before placing an order.
1. Your order
Prices are in US dollars. The final quantity, product cost, shipping charge, and any applicable taxes are shown in Stripe checkout before you pay. Check your email and shipping address carefully. An order is placed only after successful payment and confirmation; selecting a quantity or opening checkout does not place an order.
2. Pre-orders
Pennyloader® orders are pre-orders, paid in full at checkout, with shipping expected in Q1 2027 (January–March). This is an estimated dispatch window, not a delivery date. If we cannot ship within that window, we will contact you with revised timing and seek your consent to the delay or cancel and refund the unshipped order as required by applicable law. You may cancel before shipment for a full refund to your original payment method by contacting +1 (801) 602-9330 with your order reference.
3. Shipping & product information
We ship only to the destinations offered at checkout. Transit time begins after dispatch. Product photographs show the prototype and illustrate the page system; cards shown are not included. The listed exterior dimensions are target dimensions. Any material change affecting your order will be communicated before shipping, with the option to cancel for a refund.
4. Order support
For shipping-address changes, cancellation requests, or questions about an order, contact +1 (801) 602-9330 and include your order reference. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us with the details so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. These terms do not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights.
5. Payment & privacy
Stripe processes payments on its secure checkout. We do not collect your full payment-card details on this website. We use the order and contact information needed to process your purchase, arrange fulfillment, and provide support. See our privacy notice for more information.
6. Using this website
Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt to access another customer's information. Product and brand content belongs to its respective owners. Trading-card names and imagery identify the intended use of the binder and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
The version of these terms accepted at checkout applies to your order. Later updates do not remove rights that apply to an existing purchase.
